Leaders estate agents asked me to capture the mayor of Brighton opening their new sustainable branch. Local businesses and key green influencers also came to be shown the new space.

As part of their commitment to delivering sustainability across the business, they're excited to open their first sustainable branch office in Brighton. They commissioned green office and retail design consultants Jackson Associates to completely refurbished and design the Leaders, Brighton office to entirely new green principles. This includes use of 100% FSC certified wood, low VOC paint, renewable energy sources and local suppliers to reduce vehicle emissions from deliveries and transport to the branch. All their materials have been produced with longevity in mind, to ensure the branch is not only sustainable today, but will continue to be so for years to come and materials will not need to be replaced regularly.
